A leading Wealth Management firm based in the City, are looking for an Assistant to join the team and provide administration support to the Advisors. The successful administrator will be highly proactive, switched on with excellent communication skills. The company offer fantastic benefits, flexibility with good hybrid working available. Hours 9am – 5pm
What you’ll do:
- Diary management and admin support for 4 Advisors
- Prepare documentation ahead of client meetings and reviews
- Maintain client contact on behalf of the advisors
- Correspond with providers to manage information and documents
- Update and manage the CRM system with client and plan information
- Oversee the end-to-end application process for new plans
- Manage administrative queries both internally and externally
What you’ll need:
- Minimum of 2 year’s experience in a similar role
- Experience in wealth management, financial services or professional services desired.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office
- Highly organised and motivated
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- High attention to detail
- A “can-do” attitude
