Admin Assistant – Part Time

London (West End) SALARY: £15,000 - £15,000 PER: Annum TERM: Permanent

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a part time admin assistant to join a start up Private office in the London’s West End. This role is part time 2 days a week (1 day required in the office, 1 day working from home) with flexible working hours.  

WHAT YOU’LL DO

This is a great role, playing an integral part in the growth of the office. Some duties include:

  • Administrative duties
  • Preparing paperwork for transactions
  • Drafting invoices
  • Assisting with HR
  • Adhoc projects as required

WHO YOU ARE

To be successful, you will have at least one to two years’ previous experience preferably within a family office. You will be hands-on, proactive, personable, and happy to get stuck in! 

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong MS Office skills
  • Extremely organised and great time management
  • Great attention to detail
  • Educated to degree level or equivalent

  • Salary is £15k
