Tiger is partnered with a prestigious real estate management company in midtown Manhattan. They are currently looking for an accounts payable professional to join their amazing friendly team. This is an in office positions and will be a temp to perm position.

Process invoices from various vendors
Process Con Edison bills, and those out of master account
Respond to internal and external inquiries
Review payments, adhere to contract terms, evaluate payment terms

Qualifications:

3-5 years of Real Estate Experience

Knowledge of:

BJM or Yardi Voyager

Microsoft Word and Excel

Education:

Batchelor Degree preferred
