Our client is hiring an Account Manager that plays a crucial role in maintaining and expanding relationships with clients, ensuring successful delivery of marketing campaigns, and driving overall client satisfaction. 

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Client Relationship Management:
    • Serve as the primary point of contact between the sports marketing agency and clients.
    • Build and nurture strong, lasting relationships with clients.
  2. Campaign Coordination:
    • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the successful execution of sports marketing campaigns.
    • Oversee the end-to-end delivery of campaigns, ensuring they align with client objectives and expectations.
  3. Strategic Planning:
    • Work closely with clients to understand their business goals and marketing objectives.
    • Develop strategic marketing plans that align with the client's vision and objectives.
  4. Budget Management:
    • Manage client budgets and ensure campaigns are delivered within financial parameters.
    • Provide clients with regular budget updates and recommendations for optimization.
  5. Reporting and Analytics:
    • Utilize data and analytics to measure the performance of sports marketing campaigns.
    • Provide clients with regular reports, insights, and recommendations for improvements.
  6. Client Retention and Growth:
    • Identify opportunities for upselling additional services to existing clients.
    • Implement strategies to enhance client satisfaction, loyalty, and long-term partnerships.
  7. Market Research:
    • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and sports marketing best practices.
    • Use market insights to provide clients with recommendations for staying ahead in the market.
  8. Event Management:
    • Coordinate and manage sports-related events, sponsorships, or activations.
    • Ensure seamless execution and representation of the client's brand at sports events.


  1. Educational Background:
    • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, Sports Management, or a related field.
  2. Experience:
    • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in account management, preferably in sports marketing or a related industry.
    • Proven track record of successfully managing client relationships and delivering results.
  3. Sports Industry Knowledge:
    • Solid understanding of the sports industry, including trends, teams, and key players.
    • Knowledge of sports marketing strategies and best practices.
  4. Communication Skills:
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Ability to convey complex ideas and strategies in a clear and concise manner.
  5. Project Management:
    • Strong organizational and project management skills.
    • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  6. Negotiation Skills:
    • Effective negotiation skills to navigate contracts, agreements, and partnerships.
  7. Team Collaboration:
    • Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams, including marketing, creative, and analytics teams.
  8. Client-Focused Mindset:
