International (Other) SALARY: 10,000 AED - 10,000 AED PER: Month TERM: Permanent

Are you passionate about education and looking to make a difference in students' lives? Our client is looking for an Administration & Case Manager, where you’ll be at the heart of our student recruitment and admissions process. This role offers a mix of case management, operational support, and customer service in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Case Management: Oversee students' application process, including compiling school requirements, creating application accounts, submitting student information, and coordinating schedules.
  • Operational Support: Handle data collection, document verification, test and info-session registration, application submission, school enrollment, and visa application processes.
  • Administrative Work: Conduct research, evaluate information, and produce conclusive analyses.
  • Event Support: Assist in organizing the consultancy's annual school fairs and seminars, including procuring materials, tracking registration records, and liaising with stakeholders.
  • Customer Service: Manage company communications via email and WhatsApp, responding to inquiries promptly and continuously improving process flows.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Diploma with relevant work experience or a Bachelor's degree.
  • Experience: 2-4 years' experience; familiarity with admission and student recruitment is a plus.
  • Language: Fluency in English is essential. Knowledge of a second Asian language (Chinese, Thai) is advantageous.
  • Key Traits: Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, a proactive mindset, accountability, and excellent written communication skills.
