London (West End) SALARY: £45,000 - £55,000 PER: Annum TERM: Permanent
A boutique creative agency is looking for an experienced and proactive Account Director to join their successful team in Central London.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
This is a varied and fast paced Account Director role in an influencer marketing agency, so you’ll be the kind of person who is proactive, enjoys keeping on their toes and using their initiative! Typical duties include:
Be main point of contact and strategic lead for clients
Develop and deliver client presentation and new business pitches and plans
Take ownership of developing proactive and responsive strategic campaign proposals
Develop strategic social and content plans for clients
Deliver campaign/marketing performance reports
Manage campaign budgets, timelines and profit planning
Be commercially minded; driving broader agency growth through new business
Experience using social tools to assess/measure influencer and creator potential
Be responsible for driving growth and profitability of accounts, managing internal resource allocation and costs towards profitability
Monitor progress against plan analysis, remediating to ensure achievement of targets
Work across multiple accounts with seamless efficiency
Leads account service and cross discipline agency team in developing and delivering exceptional campaigns and projects
WHO YOU ARE
To be successful, you will be a personable, on-the-ball Account Director with strong organisational skills and high attention to detail.
Extensive experience gained in a marketing, PR agency or influencer marketing environment
Multidisciplinary and multi-sector experience, working across multiple accounts simultaneously
Significant digital experience across a range of verticals
Consumer focussed communication experience
Commercially minded with the proven ability to grow client business
Demonstrable experience developing first class strategic campaigns for clients
Travel/ hotel campaign experience is desirable
A highly experienced and articulate writer of conceptual and strategic briefs who is able to inspire creative teams
Familiar with SOW and legal processes
Significant experience in negotiating with influencers and contractors - strong sales/negotiation skills are a must
Paying up to £55k (DOE) plus bonus and offering 28 days annual leave.
