3-Week PA Role in Surrey

UK (Regional) SALARY: £18 - £20 PER: Hour

We have a new short-term PA role based in Surrey.

This is working for one of our top Energy clients, based in Woking. This would be an extended holiday cover for the current PA and there would be a full handover.

The contract would be for 3 weeks, from 2nd to 24th February and they are are offering one day working from home and it will be a 40-hour week, with the core hours of 9.30am – 3.00pm, with flexibility otherwise.

Ideally we are looking for someone with at least 3+ years’ experience in an administrative role as you would be directly supporting their Senior Vice President and Vice President.

Key duties:

  • Book travel arrangements
  • Diary management
  • Expenses filing
  • Assist with onboarding processes
  • Courier bookings
  • General administrative support

Essential experience:

  • 3+ years of PA or EA experience
  • Excellent written communication
  • Knowledge of MS Office packages
  • Experience with Concur is desirable but not essential
