That relationship worked well until standards began to slip, leaving the business without a trusted partner.<\/p>\n<p>With hiring needs growing as the company expanded from 45 employees to around 200, the client needed a recruitment agency that could take the time to understand the firm\u2019s values, find the right calibre of candidates, and build a lasting relationship.
