London (West End) SALARY: £38,000 - £45,000 PER: Annum TERM: Contract
A top private equity firm is looking for a Team Assistant to join their team for a 12-month fixed term contract, starting in October. They are looking for someone who has previously worked within VC/PE, investment banking or boutique financial services.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a self-starter, team player, who is looking to join a fast-paced and successful business. They are based in the West End and offer hybrid working (3-4 days in the office per week). Salary is £38,000-£45,000 per annum.
What you'll do:
- Extensive diary management across multiple time zones
- Organising national and international travel arrangements, including visas
- Managing expenses
- Additional ad hoc tasks and administrative duties.
- Preparing team documents, including agendas for board meetings
- Greeting guests and organising lunches and refreshments for meetings
- Data logging for the investment team into CRM systems, such as Salesforce and Affinity
- Working as part of an administrative team to provide seamless support for senior members of the London office, including office management tasks
Who you are:
- Previous experience working as a Team Assistant, 2+ years, preferably in financial services such as VC / PE , investment banking, etc.
- Experience of managing multiple team members and diaries at one time, within a fast-paced environment
- Experience of booking international travel and processing expenses.
- Exceptional attention to detail, with excellent organisational skills, interpersonal skills and time management
- Strong proficiency in MS Office
- A positive, can-do attitude and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- A proactive approach, with the ability to anticipate needs and solve problems independently
- Flexible, showing willingness to pick up tasks as needed
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
