Talent Aquisition Manager

We are looking for a drive, proactive and experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to join an exciting company based in Central London.

What you’ll do:

• Target top level talent using a variety of channels for open positions within the company.
• Manage a small team of individuals and support them in hitting targets and reaching their potential.
• Screen potential talent and conduct interviews and pre-employment tests.
• Work closely with company directors to ensure sufficient deadlines are met.
• Oversee the hiring process and ensuring smooth transitions.
• Provide HR guidance to individuals.
• Promoting the company’s brand and working in line with company ethos.
