IT Enthusiast - Multi-lingual
We are looking for a service desk employee (1st level support) who speaks German and French fluently (English and German a plus) for our client in Zurich in the Insurance industry. This is a great opportunity for someone who has great language skills and a affinity for IT.
Your responsibilities:
- You will receive incidents and questions in German, French, Italian and English via the internal IT Service Desk
- You will process all types of IT support requests from internal customers
- You process and resolve tickets in accordance with the ITIL process framework and call in 2nd level support if necessary
- Application support
- You have a high digital affinity and are well versed in the common Microsoft products IT Knowledge: Windows 10/11: Professional
- You are interested in telephone and electronic communication with customers
