Executive Assistant
Overview
On behalf of one of the largest privately held asset managers, we are looking for an excellent Executive Assistant to join their team on a temp to Perm basis. The role will provide support to the Business Development team in a variety of fields from complex calendar management and international travel to preparing financial data presentations and project management.
This is a permanent position based in Zurich
Main responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the business development team.
- Manage heavy calendar management and scheduling, including setting up meetings, conference calls, and video conferences across multiple time zones.
- Consolidate financial data into spreadsheets for analysis.
- Arrange international travel including flights, accommodations, and visas, and create detailed itineraries.
- Ensure that all travel and expense reports are accurately completed and submitted in a timely manner.
- Conduct research on various topics and prepare reports and presentations as needed.
Your skills:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an executive/personal assistant or administrative coordinator
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with fluency in English. German language proficiency is a plus.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
