You choose a hire or we recruit a candidate for you
You can introduce us to your chosen candidate, or we can support you with recruitment. If needed, we’ll shortlist qualified professionals from our talent pool and coordinate interviews. Once a hire is confirmed, we’ll begin gathering onboarding documentation to ensure everything is ready for a compliant start.
We handle compliance, contracts, and onboarding
We take care of all legal and compliance checks, including right-to-work verification, reference checks, and contracts. Our team drafts compliant employment contracts based on the role and location. Once signed, we collect payroll details and formally onboard the employee, keeping you informed every step of the way.
We manage payroll, benefits, and HR admin
Your employee is enrolled onto our payroll system with appropriate deductions and benefits set up. We handle monthly payroll, we offer weekly, bi-weekly or monthly payroll dependent on the overriding standard of the home. We issue digital payslips, manage pension contributions, and oversee statutory leave. We also track holidays, sickness, and resignations—making day-to-day HR administration seamless and fully compliant.

While you manage the employee’s daily responsibilities and performance, we handle everything else in the background.
