After studying management at university, Lydia began her career in luxury ski chalets based in Meribel. She then spent five years working on yachts and in private villas in the USA, Caribbean and the Mediterranean until she became part of Tiger in early 2022.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n
As Manager of the Private team, Lydia supports the consultants’ training and development. However, Lydia prides herself on being a consultant first and foremost. Working with her Principals, she enjoys sourcing staff for their unique roles and providing a value-add service to hiring.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n
Lydia also has an interest in discovering new venues and restaurants around London, trying to recreate her favourite dishes at home.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n
What makes you fiercely distinctive?<\/em><\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n I am a people person to my core, with a service-orientated mind. I will make sure that the needs of the individuals I support are met, whether that\u2019s the Principals or jobseekers.
