Statutory\/contractual requirement<\/strong><br \/>\nThe Company has certain legal and contractual requirements to collect personal data (e.g. to comply with the Conduct<br \/>\nof Employment Agencies and Employment Businesses Regulations 2003, immigration and tax legislation, and in some<br \/>\ncircumstances safeguarding requirements.) Our clients may also require this personal data, and\/or we may need your<br \/>\ndata to enter into a contract with you. If you do not give us personal data we need to collect we may not be able to<br \/>\ncontinue to provide work-finding services to you.<\/p>\n<p><strong>d. Recipient\/s of data<\/strong><br \/>\nThe Company will process your personal data and\/or sensitive personal data with the following recipients:<br \/>\nAny of the Company\u2019s branches;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\u00a0Third parties who require reference information relating to your past or future employment;<\/li>\n<li>Third party services providers who supply processing services or perform functions on the Company\u2019s behalf;<\/li>\n<li>Outsourced IT and document storage providers that the Company has entered into contractual agreements with;<\/li>\n<li>Marketing technology suppliers and platforms;<\/li>\n<li>MSP and RPO suppliers, where the Company\u2019s clients utilise these suppliers<\/li>\n<li>Our service providers, suppliers, agents and representatives, including but not limited to, payment processors, customer support, email service providers, event venues and service providers, IT service providers, marketing service providers, research providers, mailing houses and shipping agents.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>2. Overseas Transfers<\/strong><br \/>\nThe Company may transfer the information you provide to us to countries outside the European Economic Area (\u2018EEA\u2019)<br \/>\nfor the purposes of providing you with work-finding services. We will take steps to ensure adequate protections are<br \/>\nin place to ensure the security of your information. The EEA comprises the EU member states plus Norway, Iceland<br \/>\nand Liechtenstein.<\/p>\n<p><strong>4. Data retention<\/strong><br \/>\nThe Company will retain your personal data only for as long as is necessary for the purpose we collect it. Different laws<br \/>\nmay also require us to keep different data for different periods of time. For example, the Conduct of Employment<br \/>\nAgencies and Employment Businesses Regulations 2003, require us to keep work-seeker records for at least one year<br \/>\nfrom (a) the date of their creation or (b) after the date on which we last provide you with work-finding services.<br \/>\nWe must also keep your payroll records, holiday pay, sick pay and pensions auto-enrolment records for as long as is<br \/>\nlegally required by HMRC and associated national minimum wage, social security and tax legislation. This is currently<br \/>\nthree to six years.<\/p>\n<p>Where the Company has obtained your consent to process your sensitive personal data, we will do so in line with our<br \/>\nretention policy. Upon expiry of that period the Company will seek further consent from you. Where consent is not<br \/>\ngranted the Company will cease to process your sensitive personal data.<\/p>\n<p>In addition to our obligations under the Conduct of Employment Agencies and Employment Businesses Regulations<br \/>\n2003, the Company will delete your personal data after three years if we have not had any meaningful contact with<br \/>\nyou or if we do not hold any records on you that are in our legitimate interests to keep.<br \/>\n\u201cMeaningful contact\u201d means, for example, any form of contact between us in relation to the Company<br \/>\nassisting\/providing recruitment services to you.<\/p>\n<p><strong>5. Hotjar is a technology service that helps us better understand our users\u2019 experience (e.g. how much time they spend on which pages, which links they choose to click, what users do and don\u2019t like, etc.) and this enables us to build and maintain our service with user feedback. Hotjar uses cookies and other technologies to collect data on our users\u2019 behaviour and their devices. This includes a device&#8217;s IP address (processed during your session and stored in a de-identified form), device screen size, device type (unique device identifiers), browser information, geographic location (country only), and the preferred language used to display our website. Hotjar stores this information on our behalf in a pseudonymized user profile.
