The following terms and conditions are applicable from August 1 2018.<\/p>\n

CANDIDATE<\/h2>\n
    \n
  1. These rules and any other rules specified by Tiger Recruitment Limited (the \u201cCompany\u201d) from time to time (\u201cReferral Rules\u201d) apply to any Referral. By participating in a Referral, you agree to be bound by the Referral Rules and by the decisions of the Company which are final in all matters relating to the Referral. The Company reserves the right to negate any referral in its absolute discretion for any reason and without notice in accordance with the Referral Rules.<\/li>\n
  2. For the purposes of this Referral Scheme, a Referred Candidate is a candidate that is being referred by another party. A Referee is a person that refers a candidate to Tiger Recruitment.<\/li>\n
  3. A referral is considered valid when the referee shares the referred candidate\u2019s name and contact details (phone number or email) via email to a Tiger Recruitment employee before or at the time of the candidate\u2019s registration. The referral must be recorded at this stage to qualify for vouchers.<\/li>\n
  4. Referrals must be submitted by an individual (not via any agency or similar). Vouchers will only be awarded to an individual who refers a candidate.<\/li>\n
  5. Referees are eligible for the gifting of vouchers once the referred candidate has started a permanent position organised by Tiger Recruitment.<\/li>\n
  6. If any of these rules are deemed to be illegal, invalid or otherwise unenforceable, the affected rules shall be deleted from these Referral Rules but the remaining rules shall continue in full force and effect.<\/li>\n
  7. These Referral Rules and each Referral are governed by UAE law. Any disputes arising between the Company and any third party in relation to these Referral shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of UAE (save that the Company shall be entitled to take action against a third party in any other jurisdiction).<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    We offer gift vouchers of your choice up to the value of AED1000 for successful referrals.<\/p>\n

    CLIENT<\/h2>\n

    1. These rules and any other rules specified by Tiger Recruitment Limited (the \u201cCompany\u201d) from time to time (\u201cReferral Rules\u201d) apply to any Referral.     2. For the purposes of this Referral Scheme, a Referred Client is a new client that engages the services of Tiger Recruitment which results in a placement after being referred by another party. A Referee is a person who refers Tiger Recruitment\u2019s services to the Refereed Client.<\/li>\n
    3. A referral is valid when the referee shares the referred employer\u2019s name and contact details (phone number or email) via email with a Tiger Recruitment employee before or at the time of the employer\u2019s initial engagement with Tiger. The referral must be recorded at this stage to qualify for vouchers.<\/li>\n
    4. Referrals must be submitted by an individual (not via any agency or similar). Vouchers will only be awarded to an individual who refers a vacant role.<\/li>\n
    5. Referees are eligible for the gifting of vouchers once the referred job has been filled by Tiger Recruitment and the relevant candidate has commenced in this job.<\/li>\n
