Office Manager

Our Client a Private Investment Fund based in Abu Dhabi is looking for a polished, engaging Office Manger. 

Responsibilities

• Provide office and administrative support
• Assist in the smooth say to day running of the office
• Field telephone calls and deal with email enquiries
• Diary management and arranging appointments, booking rooms and conference
facilities
• Taking minutes
• Provide administrative support to Senior Management
• First day onboarding of new employees
• Issuance of employee access cards
• Parking arrangements
• Issuance of visitor badges
• Maintain employee directories
• Manage ordering of stationary, water, coffee etc
• Receive and arrange deliveries
• Maintenance of the office, making sure it is always presentable and tidy
• Source for meeting material requirements
• Deliver on any ad-hoc printing
• Arrange team events like lunches or dinners or other external events

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree holder in Business Admin or similar preferred
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
• Proficient in MS Office applications.
• Well presented
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Well organised with good attention to detail
• Some exposure to receptionist or service industry work is an advantage
