Digital Marketing Manager (Sharjah)
Middle East SALARY: 20,000 AED - 25,000 AED TERM: Permanent
Our client who is based in Sharjah is looking for experienced Digital Marketing Manager for exciting new brand. This role will be split between the Sharjah and Dubai office.
The position is instrumental to build a solid marketing foundation for CEC new online businesses and establish a strong presence in initial and future markets; Responsible for the development and implementation of market penetration and growth strategies to successfully implement the various roll-out stages of early stage tech start-ups; Pilot, launch, and expansion. Plans, develops, and executes campaigns across digital marketing channels in alignment with defined strategies. Identifies metrics and KPIs to track and analyze performance. Reports to the senior management on performance metrics and results, and adopts a dynamic approach to strategically adjust marketing initiatives, tactics, and budgets to maximize ROI and increase traffic and conversion. Hires, manages and leads various internal and external teams to successfully execute campaigns and marketing initiatives, as well as liaises with the teams (agencies, freelancers, creative, and internal teams) to ensure the proper implementation of the strategies and that the brands’ creative vision and key messages are reflected across communications. The position requires a natural born leader, capable of influencing with an analytical approach to drive decisions.
10 years of experience in launching, marketing, and growing new online products, with a solid background in ecommerce and/ or marketplaces.
- Entrepreneurial, highly analytical, and strategic.
- Tech start-up experience.
- Experience in the tech F&B industry is a plus.
- Experience in the online charitable giving space is a plus.
